Questions, answered
Which phones does Roomwright work on?
iPhone Pro models use the built-in LiDAR scanner for fast, accurate capture. Other iPhones and Android phones use guided AR corner-marking to measure the room. Either way, everything is computed on the device.
Do I need to be online to scan?
Scanning and measuring happen on-device. You sign in with a free account so your rooms back up and sync across devices, and so your Roomwright Pro status follows you.
How accurate are the measurements?
Scans give you a strong starting point, and you can hand-correct every measurement to match reality. Estimates are guidance — always double-check critical measurements before ordering or cutting.
What do I get with Roomwright Pro?
Pro unlocks the true floor polygon, furniture and obstacle detection, wall-by-wall corrections, a 3D model, and an obstacle-aware cut plan. It's a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription; the exact price is shown in the app before you buy.
Is my scan data private?
Yes. Camera imagery never leaves your phone — only the measurements are saved. There's no analytics, no ads, no tracking and no location access. Backups are hosted in the EU, and you can delete your account and all data in-app at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage or cancel Roomwright Pro in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
